Team & Project Assistant

General Summary

We are seeking a passionate person with strong communication skills and interest in the Web 2.0 business to support our marketing and business development team in Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • Self-dependent and motivated support of the marketing and business development team (6 persons) focusing on administrative and organizational activities
  • Back-office coordination (mail, expenses, book-keeping, coordination of meetings, …)
  • Business travel preparations and accounting of expenses
  • Preparation and translation of powerpoint slides (English, German)
  • Database maintenance and creation statistics
  • Experience/Skills
  • Strong interest in the Internet and Web 2.0 business
  • Proven experience in a similar job
  • Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools beneficial
  • Excellent communicator and organization skills
  • Language skills (German, English)
  • Highly motivated, self-dependent worker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong project management and operational skills
