Team & Project Assistant
General Summary
We are seeking a passionate person with strong communication skills and interest in the Web 2.0 business to support our marketing and business development team in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Self-dependent and motivated support of the marketing and business development team (6 persons) focusing on administrative and organizational activities
- Back-office coordination (mail, expenses, book-keeping, coordination of meetings, …)
- Business travel preparations and accounting of expenses
- Preparation and translation of powerpoint slides (English, German)
- Database maintenance and creation statistics
- Experience/Skills
- Strong interest in the Internet and Web 2.0 business
- Proven experience in a similar job
- Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with photo and video editing tools beneficial
- Excellent communicator and organization skills
- Language skills (German, English)
- Highly motivated, self-dependent worker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong project management and operational skills
