Additionally, we are continuing to provide other free support resources such as Screencasts & User Guides for mobile and web.Get Satisfaction is an interactive customer care tool that is driven by both the community & Kyte. It's basically a community that helps people to get the most from the products they use. Using Get Satisfaction has the following advantages:
