The most direct route from Seattle to Port Angeles is to take the Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry to Bainbridge Island. The ferry is a toll road and takes approximately 46 minutes to cover 8.6 miles. Once you reach Bainbridge Island, drive on WA-305 N to Poulsbo, which takes about 24 minutes and covers 13.9 miles. From Poulsbo, take WA-104 W and US-101 N to E Front St in Port Angeles, a drive of approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, spanning 58.8 miles.

From the baggage claim area, exit the airport through the catwalk into the parking garage, following signs for the Light Rail. Follow the hallway until you exit through another catwalk into the Light Rail Station. Take the stairs down to the street.

Follow S 176th Street for just under a block. Meet your Kyte Surfer on 176th street, specifically at the corner of 30th Avenue. We kindly ask that you refrain from waiting at the SureStay Hotel and instead meet your Surfer at the designated location. Drive to the ferry terminal and follow the directions mentioned earlier, starting from taking the Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry to Bainbridge Island.

If you prefer a more scenic route and are not a fan of ferries, consider this alternative option. This route takes 2 hours and 31 minutes, covering 138 miles. First, follow I-5 S, WA-16 W, and WA-3 N to WA-104 W in Kitsap County, which takes about 1 hour and 27 minutes for 85.5 miles. From there, follow WA-104 W and US-101 N to E Front St in Port Angeles, a drive of approximately 1 hour and 2 minutes, covering 52.0 miles.

This scenic alternative offers a completely different view compared to the direct ferry route. You'll drive through picturesque landscapes, including forests, coastal views, and charming towns, making for a truly memorable road trip experience.
